Yeah the Dixie Chicks can say whatever they want, but how dumb are they? The whole thing was done and over. Two days before their new album comes out they go on 60 minutes and start the whole thing over again.
I guess bad press is better than no press. Go figure.

I dont think they do have a right to say what they said, especially in a foreign country. I guess technically, they do, but i dont pay money to hear them give me their unwarranted, uneducated, and unfounded OPINION about how they think. They are entertainers, not politicians, they should stick to what they know how to do. I had no idea they felt that way, and now i do, and i havent listened to a song since then. I do like toby keith though, he might just be my favorite.

I like their song "Not Ready To Make Nice"...it's catchy and edgy.

Their comments may have been in poor taste but they have a right to make them. Freedom of speech is encouraged in both Canada and the US through the Declaration of Independance and the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I love Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood, what awards or recognition did they receive?
