Speedometer reads fast
Hi All,
I just put another instrument cluster in my truck that has a tach. The problem now is that it seems to read about 10 mph faster than I'm really going and the needle takes its time coming back.
I removed the needle to remove the face plate on the speedo and am beginning to think I put it back on wrong even though I marked it before removing.
Does anyone have any ideas on this??
Other info: 1990 F150 5.0L/AOD. New cluster came from unknown truck but has markings that it was used with and E4OD trans.
