pcm test port dead

pcm test port dead
tried to load superchip programmer and it didn't power up. anybody suggestions.

Check to see if your cigar lighter works, the OBDII port is powered from the same fuse circuit. Could be something as simple as a blown fuse.

Check your fuses. I had the same problem. Cig lighter fuse was blown.....
