Question predator problem

I am trying to reset my factory backup but it keeps telling me that it cant read ignition turn on. I have had the current tune in for over a year and the truck has never been serviced at a dealership so I know it could not have messed with the program. I don't have any other chips or anything that could be messing with it. Any Ideas, could it be low voltage or something like that? Truck starts fine does not seem like batteries are low. Thanks for the help.

Does it start right now? If it does leave it alone until you can call Diablo Sport in the A.M. I didn't and it resulted in my truck being towed in while trying to load/update/restore original backup. LEAVE IT ALONE UNTIL YOU CALL THEM!

Did you unplugg the EGR AFTER having loaded the program? I have had troubles with this in the past trying to go back to stock. Are you loading ORIGINAL BACKUP? This is the one you need, not factory tune.

Thanks for the reply. Yes it still starts. After several atempts at loading the program though something started to make a vibrating noise which is when I stopped and came here for help. I guess I will try and call Diablo today.
