I'm having trouble identifying my carb on my truck.

I think its a 2100
looking for rebuild kit. Can't find any plate with nos. on it to identify.
there should be a aluminum tag on it that has the numbers!I went through the same thing and after the rebuild it still gave me problems so i switched to a Holley 500cfm 2BBL. and have not had any problems since on my 67 F100!
It is most likely a Motorcraft 2150. Then you would need to know (in addition to year and model of truck) whether it is California or 49-state emissions, for high altitude use, and other specifics like that. If you have the original valve covers on the engine, there should be stickers which give this information along with calibration code. If you have the calibration codes on the valve cover, Dennis (Mil1ion) can get you hooked up on emissions info. My '77 never had the calibration code sticker, and it's been in the family since new.
