HPOP - repair
Does anyone have repair tips on this unit. I need to remove mine to replace the o rings and the seal.
does this pump need timed?
Also since it is under the fuel filter, what do I need to look out for there?
Is there a location on the web that has the service info?

oil gusher up date! hpop! or rings!
The dealership said, Yes we know about the o ring kit for 19.00 dollars. But we don't like to do the kit because we could roll the o ring and cause a new leak. Your under warrenty it is still going to cost you a 100.00. They replaced the pump, but would not give me the old one. In Mich. that is the law. They said Ford requires the core returned. One has to install the o rings on a new pump anyway....RIGHT ?
