I sure would love to have one of those models myself. If anyone finds out where to get one please let me know. But in the mean time, does anyone know where I can even get a drawing of a 67, or even a 68-69? There is a black and white photo on Stockman's site that I thought I might be able to make work, but when i try and click on it to save it I get the message "Sorry, you are not allowed to right click." Gotta love that. Anyway, what I'm hoping to do is come up with a conceptual drawing of what my truck is going to look like, since it's so far from completion. If anyone can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it.
There never has been a kit made of the 67-72 F series. 60-63, 75-77 F350, 79 4x4 and the eighties trucks have been produced in scale by Amt, Revell and Monogram. You can contact Amt/Ertl(ertltoys.com) and put in a suggestion that they consider making this kit. If enough of us do that, maybe they'll see the light For the other kits, all out of production, check the sites Dennis mentioned as well as modelroundup.com and Hobby Heaven in Grand Rapids. In the mean time, a tracing of a picture from a brochure might get you the basic shape to try your ideas on.
I've got a little Matchbox Ford pickup, looks like a 67. It originally had a cap on the back with a lion on a little turntable that rotated when you pushed the truck along. At a garage sale a few years ago I picked up a yellow plastic friction motored 67 stepside in about 1/25 scale but it's missing the hood.
I just sent an informal letter to AMT/ERTL to issue F-series Ford Trucks between 1967-1979.I told them there was a Huge interest & need for these.
I also invited them here to read the posts of the interest.
I wonder if I will get a Reply.

Thanks Dennis, you're a handy guy to have around. I had planned on e-mailing someone about it myself but apparently you don't suffer from the Lazy disease i caught somewhere. Only cure is more rest. So I'll go do that. Hope we get some good news. Thanks again.
Another thing,
I used to go to a "Models" oriented newsgroup.

When I contacted Ertl ( either rcertl.com or ertltoys.com)through their link under 'faq' they sent a short reply thanking me for the interest. I'll try to get some pics of my toys.
