leaking water pump

'88 F150, 300/6.
I have antifreeze coming out the weephole on my water pump. My bearing/seal is going. Anyone had any good exerience with an additive that will reseal and stop the leak? or is my only option replacing the water pump?

It's dripping pretty good, I replace a half gallon a day.

That's why the weephole is there. It lets you know your water pump is gone.

But as quicklook2 said "replace it or you will be replacing your engine very soon."
