looking for 2006 lariat auto. diesel super cab with 3.73 rear end local dealer can't find one one week left to find one thanks

 

a few weeks ago we were looking for a 05 4X2 6.0 auto low millage, found 1 with less than 10K miles

I used Ford's website to find my Lariat. The local dealer didn't want to "deal". I also wanted to find a Lariat the same color as my 03 XLT. Ford's website let me search the dealer's inventory, check out the truck's features and compare the price to Kelly Blue Book values. I emailed a message to two dealerships (one 80 miles, the other 110 miles) that had a truck I was interested in purchasing. One called me back the same day. We found a local appraisal for my 03 and had the price finished before I drove down to replace my truck.
