Wendell not to swell your ego to much....LOL I did alot of my mods to my ranger after reading all your posts and going from there.after my MAF sensor problem I went to the AEM dryflow airfilter and my superchips programer and the gibson catback etc....the mobil 1 in the diffs and the engine I have always believed in and used since back in 1988 with my first new car LOL. And yes there was a very strong head wind coming back from chicago....After a few days of cleaning and looking the truck over ill end up putting the volant system back on Im sure the truck is to quiet with the stock intake on there even with the throttle spacer!!!!! And Im sure my mileage will take a dive too but normally i get bout 18 mpg drivin back and forth to work and im also a vollie firefighter and paramedic and i do a lot of foot to the floor driving with my emeergency lights and sirens going.....and that kills mpg in a heartbeat try driving 15 or so miles to somebody that thinks their having a heartattack and where i live everybody knows everybody......and we always get there before the ambulance....guess thats why they call us medical first responders LOL .......One of these days my baby ranger will get a break 25 mpg and ill have a heart attack......oh yah i forgot to mention the 265/75/16 bfgs,and the 4.10s LOL............oh and the honorable mention to my ford dealer who replaced all my 194 dash bulbs and an oil change with my mobil one and mobil filter hehehehehe in under 60 minutes and for under 40 bucks is Les Jacobs Ford in Cassville Mo .....these truly are a bunch of good guys that look out for their customers without gouging them all the time......
