Has any one used, installed or heard anything about these things, I wonder if they really do work, If so im thinking about installing one.

They, and products like are useless devices that are over-marketed and over-hyped trying to find people willing to part with $$$ with the hopes that they will gain something.
It's about as effective as putting magnets on your fuel line to align the fuel molecules so they "burn better".
If someone wants to spend their hard-earned cash on useless junk, I now sell "fuel butter" for $79.95.
