Width of rear axle

I have access to a rear end out of a 67 F100 and I am going to try to use it in my '93 Jeep Wrangler. But, I need to know the width of the rear axle, does anyone know? Also, from what I have read here it may be a D44 back there, correct?
It's a 67 2WD F100. I think it may be a 3/4 or a 1 ton, I know he used it to haul things for his business so thats why I think he upgraded the payload when he purchased it. I don't know if that matters any in determining the rear end but too much info is better than not enough.
Thanks in advance.
