Hi all....
I am getting ready to replace the cam in my '92 F150 300-6 with a Crane cams 500511. Has anybody done this before and what were the results? The tech at Crane said this cam should really increase the low end power/torque and should not interfere with the computer. Am I making a mistake?
Clifford is overpriced. It looks like that cam has an intake duration at .050" of 192 and a LSA of 112 - very mild. I would think it would be okay, but that's just conjecture. You should probably ask in the inline six section of this forum.
