Question 17" rims

I have a 2002 f250 lariat 4x4 and would like to put the factory 2005-6 polished 5 spoke 17" rims on the truck as I have some 17" tires just sittng around, the rims look similar to the harley wheels from a few years ago, has anyone tried this and do they fit, I read somewhere that spacers have to be used, think it was ebay, I don't really want to use spacers, any ideas. Thanks.

You need spacers (1.5" i think) to make the newer rims fit. The offset is different.

Clux is right - the offset is different - you'd have to use spacers to have them look (fit) right....

and personally I wouldn't use spacers on a heavy-duty truck....

You might be able to search some wheel companies and find some aftermarket factory look alike wheels that would fit your truck. Otherwise, you'll probably want to get something completely different from the aftermarket.
