Unhappy Radiator

Other than adding that stuff that suposedly plugs holes in the radiator what other things can you use? I have a hole that squirts the antifreeze out pretty fast when its under pressure.

Radiator

Loosen the cap until you can fix it. It'll releive the pressure inside.

Take your index finger and *Lightly* slide your finger down the vanes of the rad.

If they crush and bend over really easy, The Rad is a rotten and needs replacing.

If they almost scrap thew skin off your finger, then the rad is good and the leak can be fixed with a solder job at a rad shop.

My suggestion is replace the nearly 30 year old radiator. Autozone - $139.00.

FWIW.
