Okay, so I know at the very least I need to get new hubs. My question is what are the differences between Warn or Superwinch?? Is one better than the other? What about installation, is it relatively easy?
I didn't have great luck with my Superwinch hubs. I ended up grenading one side, and went with Mile Markers. Good strong hub, probably is about the same as the warn though.
Okay, I bought the Warn, but they are the standards. Any problem with this? They say lifetime warranty. So if this is a problem, you have time to stop me as I wont be putting them in until tonight. Also, what about plugging the vacuum??
Also, I am reading the directions (yes I actually read them before I run into a problem ) and it says I am going to need a conversion kit #32721. Is this true?? Have you guys used these??
i have always thought warn was a little over priced. I have been after a winch. Worm drive is better than planetry, and I think I will go with a ramsey.

That is great Empire, but I dont see what that has to do with lockout hubs??
Well I installed the Warns tonight. It was a simple process. I didnt need the conversion kit. I plugged the vacuum hole on the back of the hub with a 1/8" brass pipe fitting, and plugged both of the rubber hoses just behind the tfitting with a bolt, and silicone, and ziptied up and out of the way. The hubs work great, and it solved my vibration problem and steering wheel kickback. Thanks for all the responses!
