3 month's have gone by

and my 352 2bl is running great, As some of you know I was having a problem with a holley and went back to the autolite 2100, with 59 main jets and 8.5 power valve. The truck ( 66 F100 ) runs great and I have no problem towing my 18ft bassboat all over the place. thats with a 3.07 rear end and a C6 trany and 255 70 R15 ( 29") tires. I just did the kingpins and stabilizer bar bushing, ect.... anyays my question is this is there realy much to be gained by going to a 4bl intake and carb setup, I dont think I need headers as I never see 4000 rpm's but I am considering going to a 4bl, how much should I gain by going to this. The motor realy runs strong with the 2bl.

I would do headers and free flowing mufflers before going to a 4 barrel intake system, like going to a pig out dinner while your constipated.

At least go with a 2" dual exhaust if you don't want to spring for the headers. Then do the 4 barrrel. A 600CFM carb max, a 500 would be even better unless you are turning the motor higher than 5000 RPM.
