Go to harbor freight and buy a u-joint press tool. I have one and it's worth every penny.
This is about the only tool that I have ever bougth from china that was any good.
It will pop out those ujoints nothing flat.

PLEASE go to someone that specializes in drivelines! I just bought 3 joints for $45 and paid a reputable shop $175 to install them because I have done U-joints before and what a pain! I made the mistake of not going to someone that specialized in driveshafts and they bent the rear yoke and boogered up all the slots where the clips go so they won't seat all the way. I discovered all this the minute I left the shop with a terrible vibration. I took the shaft out myself and took it to Standard Parts (driveshaft specialist) who will rebuild the whole thing including the CV joint with parts for around $200-225. Well that's what I get for trying to save some money. I will know today if they have to cut off the rear yoke and weld on a new one. $$$$$$$$$
