Cool Stalling Problems

Ok this is an ongoin problem i have had for months... ok first off this only happens if i run the truck and let it heat up. ok once it is warm and i let it sit for a few (20, 30 minutes) it goes crazy. it begins to run as if nothing was wrong and then all of a sudden the idle surges like mad. it jumps from almost stalling to 1500 when i am not pressing the pedal. when i do press the pedal i have no control of the rpms of the car at all. it continues to surge without any help from my pressing the pedal. thus far i have replaced what the codes have said. i replaced the o2 sensor cause that was "bad" then i drove it again. once again i had the same problems, so I checked the spark plugs at this point and they look as though they were not receiving any fuel. my thought was the fuel pump was bad. replaced that this weekend and sure enough it is goin crazy again. the truck has a newly rebuilt 302 with less than 500 miles on the rebuild. everything electrical has been replaced so i dont know. knowing my luck its the 5 dollar item that i over looked. if anyone has any suggestions please let me know. I want my truck back.......
