Never, never use belt dressing or lube on belts. These will cause more trouble than good. Your belts are slipping on the pulleys. Make sure the pulleys are aligned correctly. Get new belts. And use sand paper to sand the pulleys where the belt rides and then clean it with carb cleaner. The slipping belt and belt dressing makes the pulleys shiny and smooth, which causes the belts to slip easily. Also while the belts are off, turn each pulley by hand to make sure there isn't a problem with the alt, p/s pump or water pump. I've had to sand/clean pulleys on many engines over the years, works every time.
