need fuel rail help

I had to pull the head off my truck. I have an 88 300I6. There is a plug coming off of the fuel rail, I dont know where that plugs into. it has 2 black wires. its towards the fornt of the rail. I have the air charge sensor and the coolant temperature sensor both hooked in right. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The only thing actually on the fuel rail is the pressure regulator and the six injectors. Can you describe it a little better? A picture is worth 1000 words...

I'll try to get a picture. At the front of the engine, where the fuel rail bends and turns back, is a little almost like a resistor with two black wires running rom it to this plug. I'm at work and wont be home till tomorrow, I'll try to get a picture then.

That's the cooling fan temperature switch. The blower/fan is mounted on the middle of the passenger side plastic wheel well.

Its purpose is to blow air thru a tube to cool the fuel at the fuel injectors.

The only time I see the blower on is when you shut the engine off on a hot day. It runs for a minute or so and then shuts off.
