Stock Rated Hp??

Okay, so maybe I'm not looking hard enough, but I can't find it in my Haynes Manual anywhere.

What is my Stock Rated HP? I've got a 93 F150 (standard cab shortbed) w/ 4.9 5spd 2wd.

Im preferably curious to know the power at the rear wheels but hey anything helps.

HP: 150
TQ: 260

There are a few different arguments of what they are as different numbers seem to pop up often like hp 145/tq 265. i have also heard hp 165/tq 285. i would assume it is more around the first numbers i gave you.

Yes I believe your numbers are correct. From what I gather the 145/265 combination is if the truck came with a manual trans.

145/265 for auto equiped
150/260 for manny trannies

theres a few other reasons to the differences but i dont have my Chiltons to look them up.
