I looked at the specs between the Holley Red & Blue and the Carter. Both are excellent pumps and should to the job quite well. I'll opt for the Carter simply due to it being lower cost. However, if I found a cheaper Holley when I go to buy, I'll end up with a Holley.

I've been buying all my stuff from the other big mail order place. I installed my Carter this past weekend, so far so good.
