I do not know if they will work, but a cheaper alternative that looks just as good is to weld in new lower outer and inner door skins. LMC Truck ( www.lmctruck.com ) and Aout Krafters ( www.autokrafters.com ) both carry these skins. The outside of my doors are rusted out too and that is the route I am gonna take.
