Help me understand

I had to remove my fussbox on my 01 X with 7.3 PS to repair...I found it easy to slide out under dash with removing the PCM...I got everything back together but the truck would not start...turned over strong with no fire...Needless to say I was frustrated after checking all connections...I went out of town for business for a week came back to troubleshoot...before backtracking I tried the ignition and bingo It started right up...What happened here did the PS Gods come and fix it for me or is this normal

Thanks

Maybe coincidence but the CPS maybe going south. Also, if there is a problem with the IPR(open circuit) wiring it will cause a no start condition. U may have had a weak electrical connection that slowly improved. Intermittent connections can be a real pain. Check all fuses and relays(especially the IDM relay) for good clean connections. Use electrical spray cleaner to clean connections. I have several cans around the house.
