Engine Color

Eastwood has the right colors. One can is plenty! Have you test fitted that oil pan? Are you using Ford 460 mounts or other adapters?

I always test fit this stuff on a truck frame and cab prior to installing a working power train. I would guess that it will fit, its just that I test fit these things on an empty block in a disassembled truck and was wondering if you had done that. Its a real bummer when you are deep in an installation and discover that you need to change a major component. If it fits post back and give us the PN#. Are you using the Ford motor mounts or did you use some after market adapters?

I havn't test fit the pan yet because I'm in the process of pulling the 240 I6 and I'm using aftermarket perches and mounts.are any of the stock things I'm taking of worth anything like original spare tire and mount and the little window washer bag that says FOMOCO on it,just little stuff that I dont need just curious?

I am installing a 460/C6 in a 66 F100 that was a six w/3 on the tree. Using 100% Ford parts for mounts and exhaust. Even used the original drive shaft shortened with a new slip yoke 150.00. Got everything I needed off e-bay for less than 100.00. All bead blasted and painted. Oil pan, pump and pickup were junk yard pieces 50.00. Rebuilt the pump. The bits and pieces you will have left over may be of value to someone here. I have some of my stuff on the classifieds. Somebody wants a 3 speed over in the wanted parts classifieds. All those old parts are needed by someone.
