I bought a 1989 f-150 from a police impound: 300 6, 4sp manual, 154,000.
Problem is.....it idles @2300. MAP, TPS, EGR and, the valve on top of the mass air have all been replaced.
I can't find a vacuum schematic in order to trace vac lines. It is idling too high to hear a leak. Can some one email me a diagram? This is the last idea I have as to the cause of the high idle. I am opem to ANY suggestion!!
