hey i got the codes off the computer
here they are.
64 Intake Air Temperature (IAT) or Vane Air Temperature (VAT) signal low or grounded
53 Throttle Position sensor too high
34 EVP - (R) EGR did not respond properly during test EVR - (O, R, M) EVP sensor is/was high PFE - (O, R, M) PFE sensor is/was out of range
22 MAP (vacuum) or BARO signal out of range
any help would be great

34 & 22 sounds like a vacuum line off.
53 if over 5VDC then you would have a bad EEC.
Also all of the above may also come from an open SIG RTN (46).
Any small varmints been under the hood?
When did you change your fuel filter last? You mentioned bad gas. I would say to check your fuel pressure.
Do you just have a bad idle, no idle(won't start), idle sergeing(rpms up and down)?

just a bad idle run the truck till it completly ran out of gas changed fuel filter and still idles bad and sometimes stalls while idling runs fine when the eng. is good and warm

Try reading the codes again when it is warm. Any of the codes above would cause this problem but codes are to be taken while the engine is warm and I had the impression that you took them with a cold engine.

1. Bad TPS.
2. Bad ECT Sensor. (The one with two wires on it)
3. Stuck open EGR valve.
4. Vacuum Leak.
Other items that can do it also are:
1. Bad IAT Sensor.
2. Bad Heated Oxygen Sensor
3. Bad MAP Sensor.
You will just have to go through the tests for each one until you get.
Go here to get some understanding of how test them.

57, Neutral Pressure Switch (NPS)-open circuit failure, or, circuit failed in Neutral position, or, octane adjust service pin installed.
47, Exhaust Gas Oxygen (EGO) sensor signal voltage indicates "rich" during "lean" air/fuel conditions, or, Vane Air Flow (VAF) sensor-voltage signal is too low. or, Transaxle problem-4X4L switch is closed.
87, Fuel Pump (FP) relay - circuit failure.
I would change the fuel pump relay first, $10 to $20 and that will probably fix your rough idling problem and may clear codes 47 and 87. As you change the relay, disconnect the ground cable on the battery to clear your codes.
