truck stalls

So I started my truck today after work, and it started fine, put it in reverse and it stalled. Started it again, got farther this time, and then it felt like it was dying again and all the engine lights came on so I pulled over and it stalled again. started it up and made it home after that. Do you think it's the cps? I had the cps die on me once and it gave me no warning. the only mods i've done the truck are the kwik filter, and I don't think that has anything to do with stalling. If it is the cps, I was just wondering if there is some instructions on how to install it.

just to let everyone know, I did take it into ford. Its under warranty still. hopefully they don't complain about the big air filter. they seem like a pretty lax dealership so they shouldn't complain.

I think each CPS dies a unique death. It took mine over 75 miles of stopping, starting, running and then stopping again before it quit starting. Here's a link for changing the CPS. I don't know is the CPS is covered under warranty or not.
