Headlight Adjustment screw

I was wondering if anyone knew the year range in which these will fit? Also any leads on where I might purchase them would be greatly appreciated. One more thing anyone that has an exploded view of the headlight assembly please email it to me

Never mind on the exploded diagram for the headlights. I just ordered the body assembly manual from the parts page on this site. Still need to go to the auto parts store and let them rape me on four screws!
