headlight adjustment

i have a 69 f-250 and went to adjust the headlights and the drivers side adjustment screw for the horizonal axis was missing(the outside edge) they jammed a carridge bolt in there instead. is it possible to fix this right or do i have to replace the whole bucket?

Adjusters are usually replaceable. Might check LMC online catalog as they usually have a parts breakdown.

Get a camera, or have someone take the picture for you. Post it here and I'll advise you on what you need. Your description is vague as to any damage that may have been done.
You could just need a "headlight adjustment assembly or you may need to get the grille fixed. Take a picture please.
