I just decided to make my own though. For about 3 bucks I got a heim joint and then cut it down to size and drilled and tapped some holes for the set screws. I think the rod is 3/8 but don't quote me on that, seems like it was less than that.
The bolt is used to connect the heim joint to the clutch pedal. If you look at the assembly, there is a stub on the arm that connects to the clutch pedal that the bushing pushes over to hold everything in place. To install the heim joint, you have to remove the arm, cut off the stub and punch out the hole where the stub was. For the rod end, you have to cut off the top of the shaft, being careful to not cut too much. You can then slide the heim joint over the shaft, put the clutch arm back on, and bolt the two together. It is not in the best of places to work on something, but it is well worth it to not have to worry about those little plastic bushings again.
No problem, if you do end up doing it, it would be nice to have some kind of pickle fork or some sort of wedge to get the clutch arm off of the shaft. I didn't have anything like that, but if I was going to do it again I would. The arm is pressed (and bolted) onto the shaft, and there are some small teeth like indentions that keep the arm from pivoting on the shaft. It can be kind of tricky to get off, like I said before, the worst part of it is the lack of space to move around.
