what is this?

I doing a bit of wiring, and I see this thing. Im thinking its a horn relay or something. I looked in my shop manual, and dont see anything. I wasnt even going to post, as it seems like a silly question, but....

what is it? Besides two more holes in my firewall.

It's a relay, most likely for the horn. The terminals should be marked "B" ,for battery, "S" for switch and "H" for horn.

OBVIOUSLY thats the relay for the ejector seat. Your truck was obviously a spy truck back in the fifties.. If you look closely you should see that the roof is detachable. If you're lucky there will still be missile launchers hidden inside the exhaust pipe and radiator.

Sorry guys! It's actualy a multi-purpose sounding relay to indicate many things, like:

Get Out of My Way

I Got No Brakes

Hurry Up

Hey, Wake Up

The Light Doesn't Get Any Greener

Move. I'm in a Hurry.

That post reminds me of a bumper sticker I just saw:

"I couldn't afford to fix the brakes...so I bought a louder horn!"

Sorry....I couldn't resist.
