No it's not a factory hitch, I had one installed at U-Haul last Sept. It's a class 3.

I found an OEM at a salvage yard for $50. Most of em have them already pulled, but you can also probably snoop at the existing frames of trucks thay have and find the exact one you need. The bed is usually off the frame too so it makes for easy removal.
