Cargo Light Problem

Cargo Light Problem
I have an 03 Super Duty F250. The dome lights and the cargo light won't go out. I have checked all the switches. I removed the bulbs and unplugged the cargo light on the back of the outside of the cab. When I replaced the interior bulbs they worked ok but when I plugged in the cargo light then they wouldn't go out again. Next I unplugged the cargo light again, replaced the bulbs and they still don't go out. Has anyone ever encountered this problem.
