Hi all, new to the post, my brother being a member, a die hard Ford guy. Just picked up a left over 05 STX with the stepside bed. No complaints at all. I came into it from an 04 Wrangler X with a 4inch suspension lift and 33x12.5's. The smoothness was amazing too me, no more coffee dumped on the floor. I was originally looking at 06 XLT's, but this left over 05 had the stepside bed which I love, and since I only tow my pop-up, the 4.6L is plenty for me. Plus with the rebates they knocked 5k off the price before I was even interested in it. And, I refuse to test drive a 5.4, because I believe all you guys, and I don't want to know what I'm missing with the 4.6. My brother has an 02 superduty with the 5.4 and loves it. My first ford truck, and no complaints yet, 5,000 miles down. 17.7 mpg on highway trips, around 15 with a mix, which I was used to with my jeep anyway. Anyway, good to be here, and glad to have access to all your knowledge if any troubles arise. Thanks. Chris

Reason: mispelling
It has been a long time since I have had a pickup and have just recently purchased an 06 F150 and love to drive it! I found myself restricting my use to keep the mileage down haha!
