Edge Evolution Trouble!

I have had the edge for a few months now and every once in a while when I switch from the stock setting to the performance setting or performance to towing it acts up. As soon as I am done programming and I start the truck and take off the engine cuts out for a second and the check engine light (small wrench) appears on the dash. I checked the diagnostic code and it cannot find the description but tells me its error (P061) whatever this means. Has anyone else encountered this? I am running the original version of the software so I am going to update it via the web and see if that does the trick. Thanks.

I haven't had any trouble switching between different programming levels but I have run nothing but the current version. I think you are on the right track; run the latest update and see if that fixes the problem.

Welcome to FTE. Its possible you have a program version that had a bug. You should definately update the software, since each tune gets progressively better (at least in theory...).

I went ahead and downloaded the latest version of the software and reinstalled the edge and I am not having the issues I described above. I'm hoping the problems do not come back. Thanks for the posts above.
