Traction Bars
Just about every set I have looked at so far they cost way to much I am cheep I cant see $300 to $800 for a set they not much to them I dont want to be robbed
Any one can make me a set.
With all the welding and fabrication involved in "making a set", unless you're doing the work yourself, $300-$500 isn't all that far off the mark to have a set made for you.
If it were me, and I was looking for a cheap way to get more stability for the rear diff, I might find a set of heavier-duty leaf springs which will keep the axle wrap down (or just strap the front of the big flat bottom leaf to the rest of the leaves - which might involve some driveline angle adjustments).
The ownner is a racer and he saids most of the ladder / traction bar you by that bolt on look great but don't work the best.
And what he telling me if you remove the rear shackles and lube up the pivet bolt point real good double nut the during installating and dont torque the down super tight to the bushing you can get a better ride out of thr truck this will let the shacle move.
We also talked aboiut removing one of the leaf spring to get a better ride and installing a air bag and adjust the ride when you haul some weight.
