Air Bag

I have a 2000 F250 4x4 auto. The air bag light will flash and then stay on sometimes. If I turn the truck off and restart it it will stay off. Doe's this sound like a bad sensor or a loose connection? Where are the air bag sensors located at?

You have to get it scanned. There's too many things monitored by the air bag system to just say it's one thing or the other. There will be codes stored, just like the engine codes when the SES light comes on.
