Pine Straw Bales
I want to buy Long needle Pine Straw bales, for under my White pines. I live near 301 in Southern Maryland, and going South on 301, I would pick up the Richmond 95 beltway, northeast of the city. How far south would I have to go to get Pine Straw Bales? What is availible in your area, and what is the cost?

I doubt if you would want to drive to south MS for pine straw. Have you checked the garden center around MD and VA. Lowes and Home Depot carry straw down here, maybe one carries it way up north where you live. The straw comes in short square bales, about two and ahalf feet long and cost about 3.50 a bale last time I bought some.
