Seriously though, as good of an idea as it is (their heart is in the right place), it looks a little top-heavy. They even have a picture in their gallery that shows a woman about to tip over sideways.
As has been mentioned, they need to improve the center of gravity, and its a super idea. I really like it. imagine how much fun those would be to drive through everything though, I mean its on tracks, and looks like something unstoppable. now lets work on figuring out how to make it more powerful.
I forwarded it to a friend that has some property and is in a wheelchair. He may be able to make use of the information. It is a mite top heavy looking tho.
