I bought a used Freedom 200 watt electric scooter at a garage sale for my kids. It had been wrecked. Need to know where the rear axle spacers go in relation to the brakes. How the rear brake unit attaches to the fram & what spacers are used with it. A picture would help. I couldn't pass up a $15.00 deal
