Question

Help with Coil Packs

Ive got a 2001 f-150 and it has coil packs and i like to go wheeling but not to much just everyonece in a while and it seems like every time i touch mud some of it gets in my coil packs and my truck misfires and i have to replace the spark plug. Is there anything i can buy or do to cover them or protect them some how??

Use lots of dielectric grease on the boots where that go over the plugs. Maybe new boots as well.
