Windshield from 53 Panel onto 53 Pickup

Windshield from 53 Panel onto 53 Pickup
I need to replace the windshield in my 53 F-100 and none of the local autoglass shops can locate an F-100 or Pickup windshield, but one has a listing for a 53 Panel Delivery.
They look the same to me, and saleman couldn't answer if it would fit.
so maybe someone here knows,
Is the Panel Delivery windshield the same as that in a Pickup?

I'm pretty sure they're the same. As far as I know, the cab on the panel and the pickup were identical.
If you look in the catalogs, it's the same part number for the windshield whether it's a pickup or a panel.
It's nice to know there's another '53 F-100 owner in the great state of Maryland!

Is the "Panel Delivery" the car? The Panel truck would be listed as a F-100. I would have to check my literature for the nomenclature but I think the panel delivery is the car and if that is the case, it would not fit.

The panels and pickups are the same from the front bumper to just behind the front doors...(doors and parts forward of them are the same).

I just went through this 2-years ago when I got mine. They said, "it's for a panel, not a pickup." I said, "order it, it will fit." It's in there now. Wait until where you see where it comes from.....mine had a tag that read, "Made in South Africa."
