Rebuild cost
I have an f-150 4x4 with a 5.0 liter with 177,000 + miles on it. I know it has never been rebuild. It does eat any oil or antifreeze or eveything for that matter but does any one think I should rebuild now or wait till I get some problems with it????

If I understand you correctly, the engine does not burn any oil or lose antifreeze, I certainly wouldn't touch it unless you had some other reason to. It could go another 50-75,0000 miles more before it needs some TLC. Consider yourself lucky and enjoy it's reliability.
