Edge Evolution?
I know that some chips you just plug in and download it to the computer, but does this Edge Evolution since it has a monitor have to be plugged in all the time to the computer? Is it a good investment cause I want to wake the motor up and get better gas mileage but its mostly the mileage. Does anyone see better gas mileage? And how does it mount onto the dash? Does it just stick on the dash with adhesive. Is there any dislikes that I should know about purchasing this product?

I've had one for about 3 months now. They come with a mounting pod that sits on the left side of instrument cluster on top of the dash.
On the "TOW" tune, (level 2), I have noticed much better throttle response, more firmer shifting, and best I can tell about 2mpg better mileage.
Well worth the investment in my opinon. It breaths a little life into my 4.6L.

As Far As Gas Mileage Goes, Mine Is A Little Worse Just Because I Can't Keep My Foot Off The Gas! The Edge Is Absolutely Perfect And Well Worth The Money! I Can't Say I Am Saving Any Money Because I Have It On Program 3 Which Requires Primium Fuel. Oh Well, It Definitly Wakes The Truck Up A Bit. The Shift Firmness Etc. Is Very Nice. Also, The Display Is Pretty Neat. It Is Very Simple To Install. I Used A Couple Of Pieces Of Velcro To Fasten Mine Down. Some People Are Not Using Anything And Say That It Stays Put. It Will Take About 5 Min To Install. Good Luck, You Will Love It!

I just got mine in, it sure wakes the truck up, way more responsive! I have mine just sitting there and it stays because they way the cable comes and holds it in place. I have it on level 2 and yeah, it's a lot of fun gassing it now so I probably am not saving fuel but I'm sure I'll calm down when the novelty of new found power wears off. Best investment you can do for $300 and change.
