3.5inch downpipe

I have a early 99 and was wondering if there is a company making a 3.5 inch downpipe, Or if the later models are suppose to be bigger. Mine If memory recalls right is 3 1/8, was not sure of going to 4 inch as I've heard some lost low end power.

Nope, later models still have the 3" downpipe.

MBRP has 3.5" downpipes. Check out Diesel Performance Parts (DPPI) in the link on the left, I know they carry MBRP exhaust and have the downpipe.

The stocker is 3". There are at least two of our forum sponsors that carry the 3.5" and 4" downpipes for the early 99. The rest of the stock exhaust is 3.5", so if you are only changing the downpipe you shuld use the 3.5" there as well.

I have a 4inch from about the transmission back, just thought it would help lower egt's a little more, and quicker spool up.

When I order my MBRP exhaust they were phasing out 3.5" dp. Try calling DPPI to see if you can still get one. I know magnaflow also offers a 3.5" dp exhaust system.
