Gotta have it for the National Ski Patrol. Never had to use it, thankfully. Tough to do on someone with 5 layers under a ski parka.

I have to be recertified every year…………….Oh, that is a FUN class after the tenth time. LAT, ATC (Certified Athletic Trainer) Never have had to use it, but I may have a chance this next year and my ADE may get a workout also. New coach that is in BAD shape

I haven't been since about the sixth grade. It was part of the "Basic Aid Training" they made us do.
