Been meaning to do this for a while, and now I finally remember to do it... Would members like to have or be part of a contact list? You know, one that has each other's phone numbers so that we can get somebody if we are out and about, and run into troubles, or just want to see if we can have a small GTG? It would be kept offline, and only need contact info, nothing more. Thoughts?
I'm game. I think you have my number, though you may have my old one. Not sure. It would have been nice if you had gotten along the way with the Cummins and needed somebodies help getting to the parts store to peice her back together.
Most people have cell's these days, also help if we're waiting on people for meets, see if they're comin or not.
Kinda the type thing as to why the list. We'll see what there is for interest, and I guess just email or pm the info to me, and I will provide it to those who would like it.
Why not hold onto it and compile a quick word document or something after there are several people. Like, give it a week or so. That way all the information isn't just floating around randomly. Unfortunately, its not necessarily safe to be posting that kind of junk up here. My number is posted up on a couple places, but its probably not *that* good of an idea to do.
No, I don't want that info posted here, I will keep it either on hard copy or something, but not in a public forum like this. I will either email it direct, or go postal (service!)
No no! I wasn't proposing puttin the info up here. I just meant, I'm not very particular about it. Never intended to give hte idea of making it public.
Wouldn't hurt to give me you location as well, don't always know that part. So far I have known everybody's though, so no need for you to say again, just those who are just sending their info need worry about that...
Was just looking back on this again, and I didn't realize that the pm's wouldn't be there long term, so I lost the info. I had it written down somewhere but where... Since it's winter and it's cold, more people are on, so maybe it will generate more interest this time...
