Brake upgrade

I'm doing the 79 2wd dually power booster/master cylinder upgrade on my 79 F250 4x4. The parts store is wondering if the serial number is before or after #DJ0,001. I have no idea which one to go with, though they are close in price. Has anyone done this swap or know what booster to go with?

What are the last 6 digits of your VIN# ?

Trust me...it matters.

You have to have the correct hole and mounting pattern to use the later model.

It really makes a big difference which one is a straight bolt-in or not.

The last six digits of the vin of the cab that I will be using are: EG2480
Not sure if it matters, but the cab is from a 79 F150 2wd. I hope this is the info I need to get the right part, If anything else is needed let me know.

That VIN# is after.

You require the booster/MC from DJ0-001 on.

2512669 is one number for it.
